A VISIT TO SALLY'S

Yesterday, the Holly Hookers met at fellow hooker, Sally and Randy Beauman of Clarkston MI, home.  All I can say is I am in total "awe" of their beautiful, colonial home.  I have a lot of pictures to share so I think I will do some in this post and then in a couple of days, I'll post the rest of them. The Beauman's are the most wonderful, loving couple you could ever imagine....their home is testament to their joy in decorating in the true Early American Spirit....grab a cup of something and enjoy!!

The front view of their home..that's Randy on the porch..  THeir home was built in 1843

This is the red stepback she purchased at the Holly show in March....

A beautiful sitting room off from the entrance....Sally has hooked all the rugs in these pictures...

Beautiful crock bench she purchased from an antique shop about 30 minutes from her home...love the boxes!

A sweet little children's desk...

Another wall of wonderful displays in her dining area...

This is her
 living room or gathering room....

Beautiful early cupboard filled with coverlet, baskets, boxes and stuffed bears....

Another corner of her living room...I love how Sally has the soft white curtains in every room of her house....

And that chair with another small writing desk....love, love, love!

Beautiful wood beam...

Gorgeous pewter cupboard in her dining area...

Well...that's it for today....I'll post some other pictures this weekend.  I only took 65 pictures of their home....Now I'm ready to re-do my whole house!
