DECORATING AROUND THE HOUSE

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday. I took the day off today to decorate, but of course...it always takes longer than you think. I actually thought I would have time to do some shopping...LOL!!! The older I get, the worse I get...I brought boxes up, opened them, and then took them back down without taking anything out. It's just more enjoyable having less these days. Just a few pics around my living room and kitchen.

    Absolutely gorgeous! Love the cupboard and al it's contents! And that punched tin cabinet is another goodie! I right beside you with the simple decorations... it allows more time to actually enjoy the holiday too! :-)

    Love it! I'm with you - it seems that I'm wanting to simplify things around my house too. And I found that I didn't put up as many of my decorations as I have in the past. My hubby did the outside with garland and lights and a snowman and a lit tree. I told him that next year I think I want to simplify and just get the green wreaths and hang them from my windows, maybe the garland but no lights on the roof. We'll see... :)
