EXCITING NEWS...
Just a quick post this evening....Today is my daughter's birthday...she turned 37.....and she & her husband are expecting their first child! Many of you know, from the old ebay groups, PRHG, BLESTB and TDIPT, that my daughter had been very sick most of her life. She was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 at age 2 and had suffered the ups and downs of the chronic illness most of her life...but a miracle happened in July of 2008....she received a pancreas transplant at the Cleveland Clinic and has been healthy ever since. It was truly a miracle that a wonderful family, through their loss, was able to give the Gift of Life to 8 individuals...my daughter being one of them. With this gift, she is able to live a normal, healthy, diabetic-free life. She and her husband have been married for over a year and now a baby on the way....WOW! So excited...so happy....so blessed! Oh...the baby is due May 29th!
